Vernon Midwifery

We provide care for pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period for women anticipating normal, low risk pregnancies and births. We attend women at their labour and birth at home as well as in hospital.

If you have it, our services are covered entirely by the medical services plan (MSP) of B.C.

Don't worry if you don't have MSP, midwifery care is available to private clients too.

We strive to provide care that is evidence based, non-authoritarian, supports informed choice and that recognizes the woman as the primary decision-maker.
